Murder Village: An Improvised Whodunnit
September 23, 2019 @ 7:30 pm - September 29, 2019 @ 9:30 pm$25 – $30
After sell-out runs at 2018’s Fringe and 2019’s Comedy Festival, Murder Village reopens its gates for more improvised Agatha Christie mysteries.
Attend Sisters in Crime’s Domestic Noir event on Friday 27 September, and you could win one of three double-passes.
Step into the world of a 1950s’ English village where anyone could be dispatched at any moment… and anyone could be the murderer. Encounter a colourful cast of eccentrics each more suspicious than the last, played by some of the best improvising comedians from The Big HOO-HAA!, Impro Melbourne and Impromptunes. They’re trapped in a hilarious off-the-cuff mystery so fiendish, only a genius could work out whodunnit. The local police inspector may be incompetent, but luckily celebrated French sleuth Monsieur Aragon Pewter is on the case…
Inspired by your suggestions, each Murder Village show is a brand-new puzzle for you to unravel. Your votes decide via secret ballot who lives, who dies and who will be unmasked as the killer. See one show or seven, no mystery is the same!
